I Would Eat That Off A Squirrel

The sweet peanut sauce served with the chicken satay appetizer at the local Thai Restaurant. It's flavor is so  irresistible -- a texture and flavor that exude the creamy, cravability of peanut butter but without any grit or dry aftertaste, just a smooth finish on a sesame, sweet note -- that when I ran out of chicken, I just ate a bit of the sauce by the spoonful when I thought no one was looking.

And thai basil, green chiles, and cilantro too.
