Pay attention, this is your new party trick

Thank you to my favorite North Carolina foodie for this fun, and important tidbit. I'm totally amazed if not slightly irked by the thought of all the time I've now wasted dutifully peeling garlic like an amateur with knife and fingernails. If you eat a lot of garlic, allow yourself a moment to mourn all you could have accomplished by now with the time you chose instead to use skinning cloves, and then rejoice; this is the happiest solution.
